Refunds are only issued on faulty items. We will happily exchange any product. 

  Head into store with your item, receipt and if applicable the card you originally paid on.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. Just follow the returns process above in-store or online. 

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online or in-store, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange (only available via stores) in the country of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase. In the case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.
• Products purchased from Gotham Collectables retail or online store can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase;
• The items not available for return are underwear, earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples, customised personalised items or gift cards;
• Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered;
• Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached); and
• You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

Local and International freight is available upon check out.

 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your item to you as safely and fast as possible.

 

Some of our items have an "Express Delivery" option, which means that they will be delivered faster than our Standard shipping for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart. Please note that Express Delivery is not available for items classified as hazardous goods for international air cargo. Additionally the Standard Delivery timeframe will be longer for these items. You will be notified of this once we receive your order.

How much does delivery cost?

You can see the final cost of your order after adding an item to your cart. Please understand that there can be instances where the item is relatively large and/or heavy, so an extra shipping charge may apply.  If your item exceeds a postage rate listed,  normally allowed dimensions or weight, they may levy an additional handling fee. In this circumstance, we will communicate this amount to you and you will have the option to proceed with the order by paying the additional charge, or cancelling your order for a full refund
